Collection & Recycling Arrangements for Revvity Customers in Luxembourg

The WEEE Directive was transposed (together with the RoHS Directive) on 18 January 2005; this was amended in December 2005 and July 2008. The WEEE Recast Directive was transposed on the 5 August 2013 by a Grand-Ducal Regulation on WEEE. This Regulation transposes retailers’ and distributors’ take-back obligations as suggested by the Recast Directive.

In June 2022 the Law on WEEE (A266) was published which is replacing the 2013 WEEE Regulations.
