Terms & Conditions of Sale - Life Sciences Reagents
General - These Terms and Conditions of Sale for Life Sciences Reagents (the “Terms”) apply to any reagents, consumables, or other non-instrument products sold, distributed, or otherwise provided by Revvity relating to the Life Sciences Reagent Business (“Reagents Product(s)”), whether through direct order or acceptance of a quotation or proposal by Customer.

Terms of Agreement - These Service Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) shall govern all orders for services (“Services”) provided by Revvity to the Customer and shall prevail over any pre-printed, standard or other terms set forth in (i) Customer’s purchase order or any other document ordering Services, and/or (ii) any third party procurement platform, which are hereby rejected and shall be void.

This pricing is not valid for any purchases made through any distributor or other third party intermediaries. Online exclusive pricing is available only to end-user businesses, institutions, and companies in countries where Revvity offers e-commerce services, and is void where prohibited or where e-commerce services is unavailable. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and Revvity reserves the right to correct pricing errors. All orders are subject to Revvity's standard terms and conditions of sale. Revvity may modify or terminate this online exclusive pricing at any time with or without any notice. Revvity is not responsible for technical issues affecting online pricing.
