The BioQule ONT Ligation Accessory Kit facilitates the construction of Oxford Nanopore Ligation Sequencing libraries on the BioQule NGS System, specifically designed for use with Oxford Nanopore Technologies platforms. This kit, used in conjunction with the Oxford Nanopore Ligation Sequencing Kit from ONT, provides all necessary materials to prepare 32 reactions.
Please note that barcodes and a BioQule NGS Cartridge (P/N CLS157064) must be purchased separately.
