Overview
For DELFIA® cell based assays or in assays where the presence of detergents may interfere. DELFIA® Assay Buffer without detergents is five times concentrated. It contains 250 mmol/L Tris-HCl, pH 7.8, 4.5% NaCl, 0.25% NaN3, 0.25% Bovine-g-globulin, 100µmol/L DTPA, 2.5% BSA and an inert red dye.
