This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse Phospho-H2AX Ser139 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, EL4 cells prepared at 0.8 x 106 cells/well in a 96-well plate and treated with 50 μg/mL bleomycin for 2 hours in complete media. Cells were washed and lysed with 200 μL/well of Lysis Buffer.
