Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total INSM1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, NCI-H69 cells were cultured for four days in a T175 flasks. Cells were harvested, washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA and lysed at 0.5 x 106 cells/mL with the addition of 5X Lysis Buffer.
