Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-BCR-ABL1 Tyr412 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, untreated K-562 cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were washed in HBSS and lysed with Lysis Buffer at a final concentration of 4 x 106 cells/mL.
