Overview
The XAM-5 five-port manifold enables simultaneous anesthesia delivery to five mice, making it ideal for high-throughput imaging workflows while maintaining animal safety and comfort. Constructed from low-luminescence, low-fluorescence materials, the XAM-5 is optimized for optical imaging, preventing signal interference during sensitive IVIS imaging procedures. The system includes transparent XRC-4 rat nose cones and physical dividers to ensure proper positioning and reduce cross-contamination between subjects.
Fully compatible with the RAS-4 system and IVIS imaging chambers, the manifold supports synchronized control of induction and maintenance anesthesia phases. Built-in scavenging ports connect easily to charcoal filters or exhaust systems, supporting compliance with safety standards and reducing occupational exposure.
