Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human & Mouse Phospho-eIF2α (Ser51 & Total) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A-431 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 200 ng/mL rh-EGF for 10 minutes and lysed with 10 mL of Lysis Buffer.
