Overview
These Alpha Donor beads are coated with streptavidin for binding biotinylated molecules. This special formulation is provided at lower stock concentration than our standard Alpha toolbox products, to match the concentration of beads provided in the AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ kits. These beads are already included in all AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ kits, used in the detection of phosphoproteins in cell lysates. These streptavidin-coated Donor beads are offered as a standalone item, in case of need of replacement.
