The Mpox positive controls kit is intended for use with the Mpox Virus Real-Time PCR Kit. Positive controls contain plasmids with synthetic constructs of MPXV and RNase P genes offering reliable control for Mpox PCR testing.
Assuming 1 well per plate is used, the kit contains enough material to test 20 plates.
