PhenoVue Anti-PARP1 - Rabbit IgG Antibody

Quantification of PARP1 expression in HeLa cells treated with vehicle control or SK-575 PROTAC.
HeLa cells stained with the PhenoVue DNA damage response staining kit (PDDR11) and anti-PARP1 antibody.
PhenoVue Anti-PARP1 - Rabbit IgG Antibody
Quantification of PARP1 expression in HeLa cells treated with vehicle control or SK-575 PROTAC.
HeLa cells stained with the PhenoVue DNA damage response staining kit (PDDR11) and anti-PARP1 antibody.
Quantification of PARP1 expression in HeLa cells treated with vehicle control or SK-575 PROTAC.
HeLa cells stained with the PhenoVue DNA damage response staining kit (PDDR11) and anti-PARP1 antibody.
Representative images and quantification of PARP1 expression in HeLa cells treated with vehicle control or SK-575 PROTAC (100 nM, 24 h). Cells were stained with PhenoVue rabbit anti-PARP1 antibody and detected using PhenoVue Fluor 647 secondary antibody.

The PhenoVue™ anti-PARP1 rabbit IgG antibodies support imaging and high-content analysis workflows. It is compatible with the PhenoVue Fluor goat anti-rabbit highly cross-adsorbed antibodies for multiplex fluorescent detection. In addition, the rabbit anti-PARP1 antibody is compatible with the PhenoVue DNA damage response staining kit (part no. PDDR11), facilitating multiplexing with PhenoVue Fluor 555 goat anti-rabbit highly cross-adsorbed antibody (part no. 2GXRB555H1).

Overview

PARP1 (Poly (ADP-ribose) Polymerase 1) is a key nuclear enzyme that senses single-strand breaks and other DNA lesions. Upon recruitment to sites of damage, PARP1 catalyzes PARylation, recruits DNA repair factors, and remodels chromatin to facilitate repair.

The PhenoVue anti-PARP1 rabbit IgG antibody can be used in imaging and high-content analysis workflows in the study of cellular responses to DNA damage. As such, this antibody is compatible with the PhenoVue DNA damage response staining kit (part no. PDDR11), facilitating multiplexing with PhenoVue Fluor 555 goat anti-rabbit highly cross-adsorbed antibody (part no. 2GXRB555H1).
