Overview
Cell fixation is an essential step to preserve cell samples for a wide range of biological assays including cytochemistry and histochemistry. Paraformaldehyde (PFA) has been widely used as a cross-linking fixation agent.
PhenoVue Paraformaldehyde 4% is a ready to use, high purity solution. Associated with PhenoVue Permeabilization 0.5% Triton X-100, it is ideal for use in combination of PhenoVue Fluor conjugated secondary antibodies, as well as PhenoVue fluorescent probes for organelles & sub-cellular compartments and PhenoVue Cell Painting Kits.
Equivalent number of microplates:
- 15 - 25 x 96-well microplates (50µL -100µL / well)
- 15 - 25 x 384-well microplates (12µL -25µL / well)
- 5 - 20 x 1536-well microplates (4µL -12µL / well)
