MERCURIUS Cell Lysis Modules are designed to simplify that first step by enabling direct lysis of adherent or suspension cell lines and immediate progression into downstream enzymatic reactions, without prior RNA extraction. Available in 96- and 384-sample formats, they give DRUG-seq users a cleaner, more scalable way to prepare cell-based samples for extraction-free workflows.
The modules use an optimized lysis buffer intended to support complete cell lysis and efficient reverse transcription, helping maintain a streamlined path from cultured cells to library preparation. This module is compatible with MERCURIUS DRUG-seq and Total DRUG-seq workflows.
