Overview
Several pre-formulated buffers are available for Alpha assays. These have have been developed to meet the varying needs of different Alpha assays, and one of them may be a good choice for an assay that you are developing. This buffer contains SDS in order to lyse cells and solubilize proteins in cell-based assays. This buffer is required when detecting intracellular proteins.
