A431 cells treated with EGF for 10 minutes prior to lysis with LANCE Ultra Lysis Buffer 1 at room temperature for 30 minutes and then frozen. This product is designed to be used in combination with LANCE Ultra Cellular Detection kits: TRF4015 and TRF4016.
