IVISense DiR 750 is a lipophilic, near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent cyanine cell labeling dye is ideal for staining the cytoplasmic membrane. Its unique structure, featuring two long 18-carbon chains, allows it to effectively insert into the cell membrane. This results in specific and stable cell staining with minimal dye transfer between cells. A major advantage of this dye is its near-infrared property, which makes it well-suited for in vivo imaging. The higher wavelengths of the NIR spectrum significantly reduces autofluorescence from the animal, leading to clearer and more accurate imaging results.
