Plasmid DNA LabChip is used along with the LabChip™ Plasmid DNA assay to separate the three primary isoforms of pDNA in under 2 minutes/sample while providing purity assessment based on the corrected area percentages for each conformation. This assay allows for the sizing of super coiled and linear simultaneously by using the proprietary combo-ladder included in the reagents kit.

Overview
The Plasmid DNA LabChip is a microfluidic chip which is designed to be used in conjunction with the LabChip™ Plasmid DNA assay to analyze plasmid DNA (pDNA) samples saving time and money by automating pDNA conformation and purity analysis. It also allows for super coiled and linear isoform sizing. It is compatible with both the HT LabChip GX Touch™ nucleic acid analyzer and the HT LabChip GXII Touch characterization system.
The Plasmid DNA LabChip is not compatible with 24 LabChip GX Touch system.
