LabChip Plasmid DNA (pDNA) Assay

The LabChip™ Plasmid DNA assay is designed to streamline your plasmid DNA (pDNA) analysis workflows. It separates the three primary isoforms of pDNA in under 2 minutes/sample while providing purity assessment based on the corrected area percentages for each conformation.

Each kit contains enough reagents for 20 chip preps. A maximum of 24 samples can be run per each chip prep.

pDNA typically exists in one of three isoforms: supercoiled, linear, or open circular. The preferred isoform varies based on its intended application. The electropherogram (Figure 1) shows the separation of the supercoiled, linear, and open circular pDNA. The LabChip pDNA Assay provides a complete solution for your plasmid DNA analysis with clear isoform identification and impurity detection down to 25 pg/uL.
