Overview
HCA ImagAmp 488 kits provide signal amplification for high content screening and analysis assays, delivering enhanced sensitivity and improved dynamic range. It is ideal for assays with very low signal due to low abundance of the analyte or weakly associated primary antibodies. The HCA ImagAmp protocol results in covalent deposition of multiple fluorophores proximal to the analyte during a simple 10-minute incubation step.
