- FFA120 Ladder (CLS158127, 1 vial, storage temperature -25 to -15°C)
- FFA chip storage buffer (5 vials, storage temperature 2-8°C)
- FFA marker (1 vial, storage temperature 2-8°C)
- FFA gel matrix (6 vials, storage temperature 2-8°C)

- Sizing range: 20-120 nt
- Concentration range: 4 nM – 2.5 µM Cy5-labeled DNA/RNA fragment
- Sensitivity: 4 nM Cy5-labeled DNA/RNA fragment (before DMSO dilution)
- Sizing resolution: 5 nt
- Sizing reproducibility: CV < 5.0% or 4 nt
- Run time: 60 seconds per well (~2.5 hours for 96 wells)
