Overview
250 µCi quantities of dTTP, [α-32P]- 800 Ci/mmol 10 mCi/ml EasyTide are available for your research. Thymidine triphosphate (deoxythymidine triphosphate), labeled on the alpha phosphate group with 32P. Common applications include:
- DNA labeling
- DNA sequencing
- Random priming
- Nick translation
- Labeling with Klenow, T7 DNA polymerase, terminal transferase (TdT)
EasyTides products are provided in a proprietary buffer that contains a dye to aid in pipetting, and can be stored at 4°C (avoiding freeze-thaw cycles). BLU products are packaged in a lead-free container (“pig”).
