Overview
The kit is intended for the quantitative determination of soluble Fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 (sFlt-1) in maternal serum using the 6000 DELFIA® Xpress random access immunoanalyzer. The ratio of sFlt-1/PlGF may be used as an aid in diagnosis of pre-eclampsia and for short term prediction of suspected pre-eclampsia together with other biochemical and clinical information.
