chemagic cfDNA 5k Kit (Manual)は、chemagicを使用せずにマニュアル法で実施することが可能です。1〜5 mLのサンプルを処理でき、磁気ビーズベースのシンプルなプロトコールにより、スピンカラムや減圧方式で発生しやすいこぼれや目詰まりを避けることができます。このキットは40回分の調製に対応しており、Proteinase K を溶解するための水と、chemagic Stand 2x12 や chemagic Stand Type F などの磁気スタンドを除き、必要な試薬がすべて含まれています。
