Overview
Biotinylated-GST, to be used as a probe, assay control, or QC control in Alpha (AlphaLISA™, AlphaScreen®, or AlphaPlex™) no-wash assays. The glutathione-S-transferase protein is recombinantly expressed in E. coli, using the gene from Schistosoma japonicum. This product contains 1.5 mL of biotinylated-GST at 0.5 µM. Please note that this probe should only be used anti-GST beads, not glutathione beads.
