Overview
Several pre-formulated buffers are available for Alpha assays. These have have been developed to meet the varying needs of different Alpha assays, and one of them may be a good choice for an assay that you are developing. This buffer contains 0.5M NaCl to help reduce background or interference in certain assays.
5X Formulation: 125 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2.5 M NaCl, 5 mg/mL Dextran-500, 2.5% Triton X-100, 0.25% Proclin-300, 2.5% blocking reagent
