The three-component Cell-Histone™ buffer set is specifically formulated for cell lysis, histone extraction and AphaLISA detection of histone epigenetic marks in cellular extracts. The Cell-Histone buffer set is intended for the determination of modified histone H3 proteins in homogeneous AlphaLISA™ Cellular Detection assays (no wash steps).
