Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total WDR5 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells were cultured in T175 flasks to 1 x 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS and lysed at 3.2 x 106 cells/mL with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
