Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-TYK2 (Tyr1054/1055) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP-1 cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing medium and treated with 0.5 mM Pervanadate for 30 minutes. Cells were spun down at 300 RCF for 5 minutes, washed with HBSS and lysed with Lysis Buffer at a final density of 5 x 106 cells/mL.
