Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total TBK1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 50 ng/mL TNFα and 20 ng/mL Calyculin A for 15 minutes, and lysed in 5 mL 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
