Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-SIRPα (pan-Tyr) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, U937 cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were harvested, washed with HBSS, adjusted to 106 cells/mL and treated with 500 μM Pervanadate for 15 minutes. Cells were lysed with the addition of 5X Lysis Buffer.
