Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total PAX5 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Daudi cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were harvested and washed with HBSS, adjusted to 5 x 106 cells/mL, and lysed with the addition of 5X Lysis Buffer.
