Product information
Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-RIPK1 (Ser320) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RT4 cells were cultured to confluence in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 100 ng/mL of TNFα for 15 minutes and lysed with 5 mL of Lysis Buffer.
