Product information
Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-Akt 1/2/3 (Ser473) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate was prepared from HEK293 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium for 3 days, then treated with 20% FBS for 15 min and lysed in 10 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
