Overview

The AAV Protein Analysis LabChip is one consumable for the LabChip AAV Protein Analysis Assay. It allows measurement of Adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector samples with minimal sample volume as low as 4 µL and provides a fast and reproducible method to measure viral capsid purity. AAV protein traces are obtained with electrophoresis run time of 40 seconds per sample. The AAV Protein Analysis LabChip is also used to collect data for empty/full measurement and software analysis using the AAV Empty/Full Assay. 

Analyzing AAV samples using Revvity's microfluidic chips including the AAV Protein Analysis Chip on the LabChip systems saves time and money by automating steps for analyzing size and purity and replaces agarose slab gels or traditional capillary electrophoresis.

The AAV Protein Analysis Chip can be used to analyze up to 400 samples. The AAV Protein Analysis Chip can be used only with the LabChip GXII Touch HT Protein Characterization System.

Note: The HT chips are not compatible with GX Touch/GXII Touch 24 instruments. The LabChip Software version 1.15 and LabChip Reviewer Software version 5.13 or higher are needed for AAV Empty/Full Analysis.

AAV Protein Analysis Kit (P/N CLS157462) and AAV Pico Protein Analysis Kit (P/N 158334) associated with these chips are sold separately.
