LabChip AAV DN DNA Analysis Kit

Fast, automated analysis of ssDNA.

The LabChip AAV DN DNA Analysis kit is one of two consumables for the AAV DN DNA Analysis Assay. It provides on-chip labeling and detection of the genomic content and integrity of AAV particle. AAV samples with as little as 20 µL may be analyzed with an electrophoresis run-time of ~ 1 minute per sample.

AAV DN DNA analysis. 

Analyzing AAV samples using Revvity's microfluidic chips including the AAV DNA Chip on the LabChip GXII Touch systems provides information on ssDNA yields, integrity, purity and size at a throughput of up to 96 samples/run.

The AAV DNA Chip can be used to analyze up to 250 samples. This assay is compatible with the LabChip GXII Touch Characterization System.

AAV Empty/Full DNA Characterization

Note: LabChip Software version 1.15 and LabChip Reviewer Software version 5.13 or higher are needed for AAV Empty/Full Analysis

Note: The HT chips are not compatible with LabChip GX Touch/GXII Touch 24 instruments. The LabChip Software version 1.13 and LabChip Reviewer Software version 5.11 or higher are needed for AAV Empty/Full analysis.

AAV Empty/Full Characterization

Complete empty/full analysis requires both DNA and protein analysis. AAV Empty/Full calculation can be obtained on AAV samples of concentration 1E12 VP/mL in phosphate saline formulation buffers. For this, the following items can be combined:
