Overview
4CN Plus is a chromogenic substrate that can be used for both nucleic acid detection as well as western blotting. The amount of reagents supplied is enough to provide 750 mL of working substrate solution which is enough reagent for 3000 cm2 of membrane. 4CN Plus has been formulated for use on nitrocellulose membranes and the nylon membranes GeneScreen Hybridization Transfer Membrane and GeneScreen Plus Hybridization Transfer Membrane.
