How do I view results for all my patients?
The portal dashboard is set to view results from recent 10 patients. To view older reports for your patients, click on the show filters button in the results area. Adjust the date range to the order date of your interest or use the trash can icon to remove the default date range. Once you click on the apply filters button you will be able to see all of your patient's reports. Email genomics@revvity.com if you require further assistance accessing the results.

Where can I find orders submitted on the portal for cases from previous years?
Submitted orders are removed from online ordering after 90 days. If you are looking for specific information, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing genomics@revvity.com.

I am unable to access the ordering section on portal even after resetting my password. What are my next steps?
Email genomics@revvity.com to ensure you have the required permissions for ordering a test set for your portal account.

Will I be able to access data from old portal given that the ordering and results portal are now merged together?
Yes, you will still be able to view older results data.

Do we need to create a new account and/or reset password on the results portal to be able to also place orders?
A new account creation is not required to be able to place orders. If you face difficulties accessing the ordering or the results sections, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing genomics@revvity.com.

Will my current username and password work for the new portal?
Your current username/userID is your email address and it should work as long as you have not changed emails. When you enter the new portal for the first time you, you will go through an authentication process. You can set your password.

Will we be able to place orders and view results for enzyme testing, including the enzyme test results from the Lantern Project orders?
Not at this time, we continue to work on a unified result portal. Email genomics@revvity.com for further information.
