Understanding GPCR internalization is vital for decoding receptor signaling, trafficking, and drug responses. The pHSense™ Eu platform offers a no-wash, time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) solution for monitoring GPCR internalization in live cells, under both overexpressed and endogenous conditions.

This technical note shows how pH-sensitive Europium-labeled probes respond dynamically to acidic intracellular environments, providing bright, low-background signals ideal for quantifying internalization in real time. Compatible with multiple labeling strategies, including Anti-FLAG, SNAP-tag, and Fab anti-IgG formats, pHSense reagents allow for flexible and high-throughput assay design across a variety of receptor systems.
