The characteristics of circulating cfDNA offer crucial insights that can assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. In order to develop assays to detect variants of interest in human cfDNA, quality reference materials are required that closely mimick human-like profiles.
This scientific poster, presented at ISMRC, explores the difference between generating cfDNA control materials via enzymatic fragmentation and sonicated cfDNA, and how closely they mimic human samples.
