In this application note, we demonstrate that:

  • Pooling crRNAs to the same gene target can provide a robust functional knockout in arrayed CRISPR screening experiments.
  • crRNA pools can work successfully in phenotypic screening experiments which can significantly reduce the cost of an experiment.
