Generate your own cancer, stem, primary, or other mammalian cell lines for bioluminescence imaging applications using IVISbrite™ Lentiviral Particles. Stably transduce cells with lentivirus particles expressing a combination of novel luciferases and a fluorescent protein for monitoring and tracking cells in vivo.
IVISbrite lentiviral particles are self-inactivating vectors containing the brighter, red-shifted Red F-luc firefly luciferase (Luciola italica) or green-shifted Renilla luciferase (Renilla reniformis) transgene under control of the stable UbC promoter. These lentiviral particles enable efficient transduction of a wide variety of mammalian cells.
