In this technical note, we investigate how different methods for quantifying our Mimix™ gDNA and ctDNA reference standards can yield varying results.
We provide a summary of the Nanodrop™ fluorometry and Qubit™ spectrophotometry methods, comparing the results and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each approach.
