Biochemical binding ADCC assays utilizing LANCE toolbox reagents for the characterization of hIgGs and FcγR1A

This application note presents a biochemical binding assay based on LANCE™ TR-FRET technology to characterize interactions between human IgGs and FcγRI (CD64). The approach provides accurate measurement of antibody binding affinity to support therapeutic antibody research and mechanism-of-action studies.
