PhenoVue Fluor 515 pH-sensitive Fab anti-human IgG, 2 x 96-wells

PhenoVue Fluor 515 pH-sensitive Fab anti-human IgG is a fluorescent reagent for real-time, no-wash live-cell imaging of antibody and ADC internalization and intracellular trafficking, supporting immuno-oncology research and ADC development.

This Fab fragment binds human IgG antibodies (IgG1–4) with high affinity. Its pH-sensitive fluorophore remains dim at neutral extracellular pH and produces a bright, highly photostable green fluorescent signal as antibody–receptor complexes traffic into acidic endosomal and lysosomal compartments. This selective activation enables kinetic profiling of internalization with minimal extracellular background.
