Introduction
To address a wide range of experimental needs, the pHSense™ reagent catalogue offers complementary solutions for two types of binders:
Antibody labeling reagents
Binders such as antibodies or nanobodies can be labeled using pHSense-labeled anti-IgG or anti-VHH reagents.
| pHSense™ product | 96 wells | 2 x 96 wells | 10 x 96 wells |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eu Fab Anti-Human IgG | 81HUEU1AA | 81HUEU1AB | 81HUEU1AC |
| Eu Fab Anti-Mouse IgG1 | 81MO1EU1AA | 81MO1EU1AB | 81MO1EU1AC |
| Eu Fab Anti-Mouse IgG2 | 81MO2EU1AA | 81MO2EU1AB | 81MO2EU1AC |
| Eu Anti-Rabbit IgG | 81PAREU1AA | 81PAREU1AB | 81PAREU1AC |
| Eu Anti-VHH | Available as custom product, please enquire | ||
For example, the pHSense Eu Fab anti-Human IgG (#81HUEU1AA), allows tracking of antibody or ADC internalization while minimizing receptor crosslinking and background signal. This makes it particularly well suited for comprehensive internalization studies and ADC development.

Untagged antibodies can be indirectly labeled with pHSense reagents, using a pHSense labeled Fab anti-IgG.
Tag-labeling reagents
Receptors, antibodies, or ligands bearing Tags can be labeled with anti-Tag pHSense reagents.

This versatile approach allows researchers to use a wide range of tagged receptors or receptor binders, including tag-labeled antibodies, nanobodies, ligands, or other receptor-targeting molecules to assess cellular uptake in real time.

Tagged Receptors (A) or tagged ligands (B) can be indirectly labeled with pHSense reagents, using a pHSense labeled anti-Tag antibody or SNAP labeling reagent (A) or a pHSense labeled anti-tag antibody (B).
Custom-labeling option
If you need your protein or molecule of interest to be directly labeled with the pHSense dye, please contact your local representative to discuss Revvity’s custom labeling service.
